Tips:

1. To ensure flower quality and variety, it's best to pre-order your floral arrangements 2-5 days in advance.

2. Same-day orders will be based on store availability, customised order cannot be accepted for same-day order.

3. For bouquet reservations, full payment is required two working days before pickup/delivery, and 50% deposit for event flowers to be paid up front.

4. Due to the strong seasonal nature of fresh flowers and variations in materials and artistic styles among florists, we cannot replicate the exact same bouquet 100%, if certain flowers are not available, the similar alternatives will be used.
